1. Who we are
Eleutherion LLC, based in Franklin, Wisconsin, United States, operates Visualii. This policy covers the Visualii app, its account pages, and related support communications. 2. Information you choose to provide
- Account information: your email address, account identifier, authentication records, and preferences. Passwords are handled by our authentication service, not sent to an AI provider.
- Goals and practice: your aspirations, chosen identity and values, situations, obstacles, intended responses, actions, reflections, and practice history.
- Photos and generated content: photos selected through Apple’s photo picker, your scenario instructions, generated images, narration scripts, and audio. We do not receive your entire photo library.
- Subscription information: purchase identifiers, product, entitlement status, and transaction history needed to provide and restore access. Apple processes payments; we do not receive your full payment-card details.
- Support and operational information: messages you send us and limited technical records needed to secure and operate the service, such as request times, network addresses, and error information.
Some practice information is held on your device. Account-connected features also store information with our backend. Information may remain on a device or in copies you save or share after you remove it from your account.
3. Photo and AI processing
Before uploading photos for generation, Visualii asks you to confirm that you are an adult and that the photos show you and may be processed for this purpose. Use only your own authorized photos. We do not use photos to authenticate you or create a biometric identification database.
For imagery, we send the photos you select and relevant saved goal and scenario details to Google Gemini. For narration, we send relevant goal details and the rehearsal context you choose—including identity, values, situation, obstacle, intended response, next action, and session length—to Google Gemini. Photos are not needed for narration. The app requests separate permission before creating cloud narration.
Google processes this content under its Gemini API terms. Its data-use rules differ between unpaid and paid services: unpaid-service content may be used to improve Google products, while paid-service rules restrict that use. Provider safety processing and retention can still apply. Do not include sensitive, confidential, or unnecessary personal information. Withdrawing permission prevents future requests; it cannot undo a request already sent or independently delete records a provider must retain.
AI output may be inaccurate or resemble you imperfectly. We do not promise perfect facial identity preservation, a particular outcome, or professional advice.
4. Why we use information
We use information to create and secure your account, provide requested imagery and narration, save and replay your content, synchronize account data, manage generation allowances and subscriptions, deliver account emails, respond to support requests, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal information or use your photos or goals for advertising.
5. Service providers
Supabase provides authentication, database services, and private file storage. Google Gemini processes requested AI content. Apple and RevenueCat handle purchases and subscription entitlement checks. Cloudflare hosts these public pages and provides website delivery and security. An email delivery provider sends account confirmation and password-reset messages. These providers receive information needed for their functions and may process it in the United States or other countries.
Product analytics are optional in the app. This release has no connected product-analytics destination. We do not embed advertising trackers in the account pages. If an analytics service is enabled later, the app’s consent controls and this policy must reflect the actual configuration before collection starts.
6. Retention and security
Reference photos are temporary: the backend schedules them for deletion after generation finishes or after they are approximately 23 hours old. A scheduled cleanup normally runs every five minutes; service failures can delay cleanup. This schedule applies to our storage, not to a provider’s independent retention obligations.
Saved goals, generated images and audio, scripts, and practice records remain until you delete the relevant content or your account. You can delete images individually. Deleting a goal removes its associated account content. Authentication, purchase, support, and security records may need separate retention for legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or providers’ operational requirements. Copies in provider backups can persist until those backups expire.
Account data is protected using authenticated access, ownership checks, private storage, and time-limited download links. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Never send a password, account-recovery link, or API key in a support message.
7. Your choices and rights
In Visualii’s You/settings area, you can manage permissions, export account data, and request account deletion. Exported file links expire, so download any files you want to keep promptly. Account deletion removes the account and its active stored content; it does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage subscriptions separately in Apple Settings.
You can also email hello@eleutherionlabs.com to request access, correction, export, or deletion, or to ask about other rights available where you live. We may need to verify account ownership before acting. We do not ask for your password. You may have a right to contact your local privacy regulator.
8. Adults only
Visualii is intended for adults aged 18 or older and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.
