1. About Visualii
Visualii is provided by Eleutherion LLC, Franklin, Wisconsin, United States, for adults aged 18 or older. It is a tool for visualization, mental rehearsal, reflection, and practical action. The app license is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. These service terms explain the account and AI features and do not remove rights provided by that agreement or applicable law.
2. Accounts and permitted use
Keep your sign-in details private and provide an email address you can access. Use the service lawfully and do not attempt to bypass generation allowances, subscription checks, or security controls. Upload only photos of yourself that you have permission to process. Do not submit other people’s personal information, unlawful content, or material that violates their rights.
3. AI imagery and narration
AI features send the content described in the app’s consent prompts to Google Gemini. Processing is subject to availability and provider safety restrictions. Output can contain errors, imperfect likeness, or unrealistic details. Review it before relying on it or sharing it. Generated imagery represents an imagined scene, not a real event or a promised future.
You retain your rights in content you provide. You authorize the processing, storage, and delivery needed to provide the features you request. Rights in AI-generated output can depend on applicable law and provider terms; we do not guarantee that output is unique or eligible for copyright protection.
4. Not medical or financial advice
Visualii does not provide medical diagnosis, mental health treatment, financial advice, or guaranteed personal outcomes. Visualization is not a replacement for professional care, sound judgment, or real-world action. If a practice causes distress, stop. Do not use immersive sessions while driving or in situations requiring your full attention.
5. Free access and Visualii Plus
The limited free experience includes one introductory AI image for an eligible, email-verified account, subject to availability and abuse prevention. It does not include unlimited generation. Visualii Plus currently provides up to 10 newly generated images and 60 minutes of newly generated narration per account per UTC calendar month while the subscription is active.
Narration is counted by the requested session length of 3, 5, or 10 minutes, including time reserved for rehearsal. Replaying saved narration does not consume new generation minutes. Monthly allowances reset at the start of each UTC calendar month, do not roll over, and are separate from Apple’s billing dates. An annual purchase does not provide all twelve months of generation allowance at once. Failed generation requests do not permanently consume a successful-generation allowance.
6. Price and automatic renewal
The currently configured United States prices are $14.99 per month and $99.99 per year. The localized price and billing period shown in Apple’s purchase confirmation are authoritative. No free subscription trial is currently offered.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Apple Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Use Restore Purchases in the app with the Apple Account used to buy the subscription. Deleting Visualii or your Visualii account does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, subject to Apple’s policies and your statutory rights.
7. Availability and changes
We may need to interrupt service for maintenance, safety, or circumstances outside our control. Features and allowances can change, with notice when required; the terms presented for your purchase and applicable consumer protections continue to apply. We may restrict misuse or unlawful activity. You can export your account data and request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Responsibility and contact
Use your judgment when acting on or sharing generated content. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or a particular result. Nothing here excludes rights, remedies, or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
